This Privacy Policy describes how Learn to Prompt ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit learntoprompt.in or buy any of our products. We try to keep this short and honest.
1. Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to deliver the workshop, the strategy call, and our deeper programs:
- Email and name. When you take the pre-workshop fit quiz, register for the workshop, book a strategy call, buy any program, or contact support.
- Quiz answers. The responses you give in the pre-payment workshop quiz, used to personalize your result page and to qualify the right buyers.
- Billing details. Collected only at checkout and processed by our payment provider. We don't store full card details on our servers.
- Usage data. Pages visited, links clicked, device type. Collected via analytics and advertising pixels.
- Workshop participation. Attendance status for the live session and content downloads.
2. How we use information
- To send the receipt, calendar invite, community link, and pre-workshop reminders for the session you registered for.
- To deliver the Starter Pack and any program you buy.
- To process refunds under the refund policy.
- To improve the site, the program content, and our advertising, through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
- To meet legal obligations (tax records, accounting).
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business: for example, our email provider, payment processor, webinar platform, community platform, and analytics tools. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and tracking pixels for analytics and advertising attribution. You can disable cookies in your browser; doing so may affect site functionality.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@learntoprompt.in with the subject line "Data request" and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
Active customer records: 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing email subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: aggregated, de-identified data retained per the analytics provider's standard retention period.
7. International transfers
Learn to Prompt is operated from India. Our service providers may store data in the United States and the European Union. By using the site you consent to this transfer.
8. Children
Our programs are built for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
