Refund policy. Plain English. No tricks.

Different products, different mechanics, but the standard is the same across all of them: if you don't get genuine value for what you paid, you get your money back. Below is the specific policy for each tier.

₹99. Live workshop ticket (outcome guarantee)

Attend the live workshop. If by the end of the 2 hours you don't have a working Claude Project running in your account that you can use on Monday, reply to your confirmation email within 24 hours of the workshop end. Two things happen:

  1. We refund the ₹99 the same day. No forms, no exit interview.
  2. We give you a free seat at the next workshop, on us.

You keep all 20 Projects in the Starter Pack regardless. They're delivered during the workshop, before any soft mention of next steps, and they remain yours whether you refund or not. Your problem becomes our problem.

₹2,499 / ₹2,999. 1:1 Strategy Call

If you don't feel the 45-minute call delivered genuine value, request a refund within 48 hours of the call. Refund processed within five business days.

You still keep the call recording and the written summary of your custom Project map. They're yours regardless.

₹9,999. Self-paced course

60-day money-back guarantee. Use the full program. Build the systems. Apply them at work. If you don't feel the course delivered on its promise within 60 days of purchase, reply to your purchase email for a full refund. No forms, no exit interviews.

Higher-tier programs

60-day money-back guarantee, with one caveat for done-with-you elements. If you've already had a 1:1 Project audit delivered or logged four or more coaching calls, the refund covers only the unused portion. The line is drawn at delivered work, not progress on your own.

How to request a refund

  1. Reply to the confirmation email for the product you bought, with "Refund request" in the subject line.
  2. Include the email you used at checkout. That's the only information we need.
  3. We confirm receipt within one business day. The actual money lands within 5 to 7 business days for most credit cards.

If you can't find the confirmation email, write to hello@learntoprompt.in instead.

What we ask in return

If you used the product (attended the workshop, built a Project, took the call) and want to tell us what didn't fit, we read every line and we genuinely appreciate the feedback. But it isn't a condition of your refund. The "no questions asked" promise is real.

Edge cases

  • Chargebacks: please email us first. We'd rather refund you directly than fight a chargeback. Chargebacks cost both of us, including your future ability to buy from other independent educators.
  • Workshop no-show: if you miss your scheduled session, email us within 24 hours of the start time and we'll move you to the next session free of charge. Refunds are reserved for people who attend and feel it didn't deliver.
  • Multiple purchases: each product has its own refund window starting from its own purchase date.
  • Access after refund: on refund, community access and program materials are revoked. The Projects already saved to your AI accounts remain there. We can't reach into your Claude or ChatGPT to delete them, and we don't want to.

Why we make this so easy

Most AI education brands hide their refund policy behind dense legalese because their funnel depends on refund friction. Ours doesn't. If you didn't get value, we didn't earn the money. Simple.
